IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
MUN WEED
Ignoring the fact it's been almost 2 years since I last updated this blog, HEY EVERYBODY!!!!!
So once again I left this blog to rot and the guilt never died with it because I kept getting spam likes and new followers when I was for sure I was never gonna bring this back but damnit I think I was just mad with the Tom lore cause I wanted it better spaced out but suspense was a foreign concept and I didn't want to seem like I dropped it so I'm just gonna tell you guys what I was going to explain before I drop the nuke on this blog!!!!
(I'm gonna post the Tom Lore on it's own post so look out for that, this post was just for like updates and what i've been up to)
Don't worry I'm not like deleting the blog, I'm just gonna do a soft reboot with it since there is some actual stuff I love about this au! I rather just keep it all on the same blog instead of a new one cause one the memories and two it would be harder to build back up on it's own again so the like 600 people sitting in the followers tab will get a trip down memory lane.
If you remember my old co-creator they're not gonna be back cause we friendship broke-up and I took the blog in the divorce. I got a another good friend to do some of the art with and idk maybe I'll invite guest artists if I feel kind and whimsical and if i make more Eddsworld friends.
I'm not gonna answer any of the asks I have left in my inbox (mainly cause they relate to the Tom lore) and just wipe em and open the ask box up again for new asks! I WILL IGNORE ASKS REGARDING TO IG THE PAST TIMELINE?? Some stuff will stay the same like I don't think i'm gonna change the Tom lore all that much so like, ig it's just gonna be upfront knowledge.
Sorry I kept you guys waiting so long for updates I GOT LAZY AND BUSY AND OTHER SHOWS TOOK OVER ME IM SORRY. If you keep up with my main blog you know what I've been up to. Look out for the Tom lore should drop soon

first off. i can't believe that i already followed you- your spam blog -and didn't know.
second. i literally just had a dream shere i was rambling to someone about turbo using stuff from your essay. apparently it rewired my brain so hard it, and you, manifested in my dreams lol (i even made a bad joke that "you can say he's Turbo-tastic!" hah)
and congratulations on making such great work of art that is the essay, you can feel and hear the love(and hyperfixation) poured into it.
i do wonder tho, what was the hardest part when making it?
I’m so glad you enjoyed it yay :)❤️ and also recognized me from my sneo blog LOL
I feel that so horrendously much. I legit had a dream a few nights ago about someone APPROACHING ME cuz they recognized my voice from the essay (girl get an ego check) but they then said “dude it’s so obvious you’re into him” or something. And I was like. 🧍‍♀️Well you don’t have to say it out loud
Anyways you’re not the only one cuz the video haunts me too. even after its birth.
The hardest part?? Oh Man. Can I say Everything.
There were a few stretches that were REALLY TOUGH. short answer: Entire first half of the video. Also the longer parts like the Manipulation section, Turbo reveal section, and the Cybug King Candy section. I had a lot to say for these and it was tricky to condense it into something Comprehensible
Long answer:
I completely overhauled the entire first half of the video (EVERYTHING before the kart breaking scene) because I wasn’t satisfied with the writing/delivery etc. (Which was a good choice because my arguments were pretty half baked before) but oh my god that was like a week and a half of 7 hour recording and rewriting sessions it was brutal. Especially annoying because those arguments were super old and I was getting sick of thinking about them. So instead I used them as a backbone to structure better arguments and revamp the script so that kept me from going insane. However it was also really fun because I got to see my old ass arguments finally be explained to their fullest capacity. And also I got to write shit like ☝️🤓Excuse me sir your turbo is showing..
The biggest issue with this being my first ever video essay and it taking so goddamn long: you could SEE my writing/editing/voicing skills improve over the span of the video itself. Which is really cool improvement wise but REALLY . REALLY BAD CONSISTENCY WISE. Like the first half of the video is the part people are gonna see first. It SETS EXPECTATIONS. IT HAS TO BE PEAK
I think I re-edited the synopsis upwards of 5-6 times. Which makes sense as that was like the first thing I started the project with but ouhvhhhgghghr. Making a section from scratch is WAY easier than going back and having to redo something
Early on I cut out an entire fully edited/scripted/recorded 3 minute section of me talking about Megamind and its sequel because I realized. This is pointless and everyone has TALKED ABOUT MEGAMIND BEFORE AND THIS HAS NOTHIBG TO DO WITH WRECK IT RALPH. There were a lot of scrapped ideas
Audio was also really challenging, just entirely. Making sure the levels were consistent (I had absolutely zero voice volume normalization I did it all manually 😭 I’m gonna have to figure out how to do that) Also just the concept of recording my voice and having to speak out loud in a space was Real Bad for my anxiety but You Do it Scared. Had to wait until I was home alone or like 99% sure I was alone before I could say anything without worrying. Also training my voice to sound engaging and consistent was so hard and it took maybe 6 months for me to get it down. Also I had no fucking idea where to record, like at first I was recording in a CLOSET (and later under a piano??) and then I was wondering why my lines sounded so weird. Then I realized I could just Record in a room and it would sound JUST FINE. So basically uhhh every single part was the hardest part. But it was worth it and very fun I think 🫶

Hi❤
I've never posted or reblogged anything at all ever because I didn't see the point and I find the thought so scary. This is like my safe space - and exept from sending an anonymous ask sometimes (It was not until quite recently I had the courage to and felt safe enough to do so.) - I kind of don't want anyone to see me. But now I am considering to start reblogging posts that I like instead of just liking them. Because I've seen a lot of posts recently about how important it is for fandom and tumblr itself.
I know that there's probably a lot of posts out there about how to use tumblr, but do you have any tips about how/where to start? And can you go back and write tags on your post after you have posted them or is that impossible?
Thank you for being here, I think you are very important to this fandom and I love your blog. Hugs from me❤
Hi anon! Sorry for the late response. First thank you for sending your ask, the last part of your message make my day, I really need it that. I think is amazing you had find the courage to send asks and interest to reblog content that is wonderful. This is a long post so answering below resources of how to tumblr and tutorials:
I totally understand the feeling of just wanting to see content, I was a lurker for months before I really have the motivation to start being active and it can feel intimidating sometimes because is not something we used to do, but with time you start to feel comfortable.
For resources here are some:
1.This post explains some basics of how to tumblr, how to use the tags, some suggestion in your profile and just general recommendations of how to behave on tumblr.
2.For personalize your blog: I recommend this post of making your dash in chronological order and this one about shorter posts. Also how to put some basic info in your bio (I will said that you don't need to put some much details of you, not even your name depending of how much you are comfortable to share, but the basic is just changing your profile pic and put some info like what you like or something along those lines so people know you are not a bot).
3. For using gifs in posts this is very useful.
4. How to find a post.
5. Protect your blog from AI resarch propouse.
6. I like this post reflecting on the reblogs, how your blog is a space to collect your shiny fandom objects. I see it as like my dairy of the fandom, post and reblog what you like to have this as a memory.
7. In case you want to make a post but don't want anyone to reblog your post.
My advice on how to tumblr:
1.Curate your own experience: Follow the people that you enjoy their content, filter the tags that you are not interested to see (I will put below how to), in case you keep seeing content for someone you disagree and don't like unfollow or block them.
2. You can reblog without the need to write tags or you can write tags, that is up to you.
3. Always be kind and if you don't like a post don't engage with it, ignore it.
4. Enjoy! Tumblr is to have fun, the moment that starts to not being fun, reflect of what you need to enjoy it or put some boundaries that you need so it doesn't affect you.
5. Don't overthink it. It feels very intimidating when everyone has their own mutual bubble but this is a very welcoming fandom if you follow people that you enjoy.
6. Try not to worry so much about follows, likes and reblogs. People come and go, you stay true to yourself regardless of who follows you or don't, is hard to get someone to follow you especially at the beginning but just try to focus on your blog and having fun.
7. Don't be afraid to interact, send asks, or talk in the tags, people enjoy it as long as your are kind. I will also say don't spam the asks hehe, if you want to share your thought make your own posts as well.
8. If you are a creator: In case you want to create something and share things do it for yourself and no one else. Is hard to get people to see yor posts but still don't lose the joy to share content regardless if people see it or not. I will add that for post of your own creation add tags so more people see it, for example if is about louis put the tag #louis tomlinson (there are also some especific tags that other blogs follow to reblog creators let me know if you want them).
Tutorial:
-Filter tags: This is super useful to not see content that either you are not interested or is triggering. First you go to Settings>Account
Tumblr media
After this you go to the part Filter Tags and click on the edit icon on the right.
Tumblr media
It appear a space where you can write the word or words to filter, when you are done you click on add.
Tumblr media
After that it will show you this:
Tumblr media
You can add filter tags as much as you want or remove them in case you need it. On your dashboard the filter content will appear like this:
Tumblr media
Only if you click on view post you will see the content otherwise it will always look like that the filter tags. The only problem is when people don't use tags so you can't filter those posts.
-How to edit tags: About your question on edit the tags after, you can totally go back and add tags after. Here is how:
This is a post of a reblog I made, in the right corner there is a icon of a pencil that means you can edit, tap there.
Tumblr media
It will show you either your tags or the post without tags:
Tumblr media
You start writing in the add tags. The trick for the tags is that you write your word or phrase and to end your tag you tap the # that will automatically save that tag and let you go to the next one (there is a limit of words for each tag but you can still write in the next tag). When you finish you click on save and your tags will be save.
And because my brain is half a meme a funny post about reblogging.
I hope this is useful and not very confusing. Let me know if you have a specific question and I can make you a tutorial or share resources.
Thank you again for your ask, your motivation to want to reblog and for your sweet message it means a lot.
I hope you have a lovely day/afternoon/night. Sending you a big hug too.

Stop the Harassment
After everything that's happened, you guys sure make it easy to quit a fandom. Let's be real here, who wants to be in a fandom where you harass minors, bully people so much so that they try to commit? First it was cosplayers, now even creators who caused no harm are being violated and bullied.
Sure I might lose followers but I sure as hell won't just be staying silent about this, not when my friend has already suffered through enough, I know the culprit, I'm just staying silent on behalf of my friend because they don't want this thing escalated. I shouldn't even feel like I'll be targeted after this because what kind of community have we created that we should expect the worst?
My friend has been nothing but nice to the rest of you and for you to treat them this way after they've been through so much after what you guys did in the first place just sickens and disgusts me to my core. Even before this whole thing they came to Tumblr for refuge because of their difficult time but you guys don't care about that right?
No because apparently what you do in this fandom is you tear someone apart who found comfort here to make them feel so bad that it's either they quit or commit.
She took responsibility saying that it was a mistake but no, apparently people have to be flawless for any one of you to accept them right? Is being a minor a crime? Is that it? Because last time I checked, Tumblr was an ages 12+ app so why are we so concerned? Regarding the allegations, they don't interact with mdni, even if they did in the past it was probably by accident.
Regarding minors reading and writing nsfw shit, I've said it before and I'll say it again, blocking is a thing? Can't y'all all comprehend that? Is it really that difficult to understand that you even have to spread personal information to others? For all you know my friend could now be targeted and preyed on by some creep because they found out they're a minor.
People are gonna ask me who it is but I can't answer for them, they just want peace and I want to clarify some things because I can't just let people think my friend this apparently "horrid" thing within the fandom without defending them, you were the one who interacted with them first (WITHOUT MDNI IN YOUR BLOG) and now they're getting pinned and taking all the blame when you didn't even care to tell her that suddenly you put it in your blog?
Not only this but what do you have to stand to gain in all of this? I wonder what was your motive to tear someone down and let your little minions do it for you because you don't wanna be involved.
The fact that you let this spread and let people do this to them without taking accountability for how this started or at least telling people to stop because what you caused just baffles me because how can someone have such inability to feel remorse and guilt, you've been awfully silent haven't you?
Probably because it's better to have someone take the blame regarding the harassment right? Because some people are standing up for them, though I know that some refuse to talk, I know they're also here to support them. You are one of the only people who knew of their age and damn did you make it easy to find you.
I don't even know how one person is capable of doing this to another, which I suspect you've been leaving some of the anon asks to them too when they've been nothing but nice to you, the least the rest of you can do is cut them some slack, Dms is a thing right? Block and move on, as simple as that. But no, the rest of you just had to spam it on other creators' accounts with the mixing of some false allegations.
Tumblr media
Not only that but this? Can't y'all just leave them alone? You all act as if they personally killed your parents or something, it's like they committed some sort of crime in which they didn't.. you all did by spreading their PRIVATE CONFIDENTIAL information. None of you truly knows what happened and yet you all act like you're some sort of detective, have you all not learned anything from what happened to Vincent (Inquisitore) and Viper, apparently Milo is now also getting targeted for some silly video?
I wanted to post the other less filtered version of this post because I was so mad for my friend but in regards to people in my blog, this is as filtered as I can get it. If any of you ever harass her again, we WILL find your account and you best believe I'll have no shame to tag you, even more so if you've blocked me.
What's up with always hiding behind anons? You're scared of what people might say to you because YOU as an ADULT has been harassing a minor? That's what this is right? The rest of you are scared if the consequences of your actions because you know to yourselves that you've done SOMETHING wrong.
This is such a shit show, what even is this fandom anymore? I swear that not onec have I been in such a shitty one and I've been through all sorts of fandom, never as toxic as this one, great job y'all, you guys just beat the toxic k-pop stans in my list.
Though some of you are so kind and wonderful, there are still THOSE bad people out there who seek to tear someone apart for whatever petty reason.
I'm taking a break from all this and though I still will be writing behind the scenes so that I'll have the strength to keep going, you all disappoint me as a community.

ooc: why do you tag your blog with tags like "npmd fanart"? Last time I checked this blog wasn't a blog that posted fanart. It just doesn't make sense ??? like no offense and I get wanting people to see your blog but misusing tags like this is just going to make more people dislike your blog...
OOC: Hello. Totally valid question. Nicer way to put it? Sure. But valid nonetheless. Believe it or not, I actually had an old NPMD Instagram page that posted fanart. Very few followers. Has since been deleted. The tags I use on here on the same C&P tags to the ones I used on Instagram, just with some added role-play tags. When I created this blog, I did not know what I was going to do with it and if it would solely be an ask blog. If you scroll far enough, you will find a post of me hinting to making this a joint fanart/role-play account. I have been using the same copy-and-pasted tags since my first post, thinking I'd repost my fanart someday on here. I also, at the time, wanted my blog to be seen by everybody, and therefore maxed tags. As I've grown as a blog, I've just never thought to change the tags. It's always just been copied and pasted. This has since been changed and thanks for bringing this to my attention. On a different note I've said this before, and will say it again: I don't care if you don't like my blog. If you hate me, block me. I have a good fan base on here and I adore all 200 and something of my followers. I don't understand why everyone has been so nitpicky on my page recently, but please, I'm overwhelmed as is and really don't need people pulling apart every little thing I do on here. I do this for fun. If you don't like it, block me. Don't hate. Not to blame you anon, but this blog is for fun and I get many asks per day, which means I've amassed nearly 600 posts in 4 or 5-ish months. If I'm unknowingly plaguing the NPMD tags, block me and move on. No need to spread hate on this. I've gotten so many critics in my asks that I've deleted. Wanna guess how many? 10 in one week. Complaining about my tags, my answers to asks, my slow times to answer asks. This blog will never be perfect. I have a job, go to school, and run this. The only reason why I didn't delete this ask is because I find it valid and I will change this little thing. Please, the many anonymous criticisms I've been getting every week is exhausting and I hate having to delete all of them. Not to say you caused all of them, anon, I'm just putting it out there to everyone. No hate to you. Just please, stop with the spam critics. They do not make me want to keep running this blog. I have no plans to quit, but I am so tired of the stupid nitpicks. This one? valid. Hence why I answered. The people telling me to stop posting so much, among other things? please stop.
And to my 200+ loyal followers, love you all. Your support means the world to me. Truthfully. Answering asks really keeps me going.

Nice blog you got there cherri
ok so i have like fifteen other asks but i need to address this first because it's been an issue for nearly a month now and these anons tried to find my main and did what i think was an attempt at doxing me.
this is a post to spread awareness to my followers, despite the person concerned not being aware that i'm doing this at this moment (i will tag them and DM them about it soon). long post, but important.
i may reblog this with additional info in the future, so if you feel this gives limited information check the reblogs or comments.
these anons tried scarying me off of running my blog by constant harassment for days straight, which thankfully stopped as i ended up blocking them. as you can see they ended up bypassing my block or asked someone from another account to continue the harassment and attempts at inducing fear. frankly, what this is causing me is anger as im not the only one involved in this unfortunately.
one of the first hate anons on this blog was a spam of four or more anons asking me if i was the person the anon im replying to is mentioning here. i didn't think much of it as they came with another roughly dozen of hate anon spam which (surprise surprise/s) disappeared in its entirety once i blocked one of them. meaning a single person was harassing me.
i ended up contacting the person these anons were thinking i was, and decided to not reply to the first batch of hate, as first they had the url fully typed out in the ask and I didn't want to expose the person concerned, and second I didn't want to bother any of my followers with one salty hater. they were as weirded out as me that they got involved into this without any logical link between my main, their main, or this sideblog, asides from the fact that they were one of the handful of people that supported me early on and even accepted in dms to share my blog to a discord server (a small one, but they were excited about my blog and asked if i was ok with them sharing it and i said ok).
i had asked them to not make a callout post on their own blog about this nor to go and harass anyone. which they didn't. additionally, i sent them screenshots of the hate anons and explained to them that i didn't want to put their blog url publicly by answering the anon as I felt it was a safety issue. but they insisted that they didn't mind it and that if i changed my mind about the whole issue and decided to go public i would.
so here's their url -> @cherrifruiti (they're getting free promo lol, hopefully it balances out the harassment and targeting they went through. they're an artist and honestly good friend. we bonded more over this. go check them out)
the insistence of this anon on trying to find my main was confusing to me at first. i did not choose to remain anonymous on here for privacy reasons, hell, not even safety reasons. i deal with worse bullshit on main than here. i wanted this blog mainly to have an anonymous moderator as a way to leave space for the community voices. i felt like a faceless blog was a more welcoming environment than having the baggage of a whole person, moral alignments, blend into a space that's catered towards a specific goal and discussion. which to be fair was a huge hit for my ego. id love to share my full identity with y'all and have the accomplishments of this blog linked to me. but im stubborn and attached to my values.
to put it simply, i did not want to make the same mistake as the admin from @narcissisticpdcultureis did.
that being said, i did not lie on any of my values linked with my DNI. i wanted this blog to be accessible to cluster b personality disorder havers and the wider community regardless of their backgrounds, but with some limits for my own mental health and personal boundaries, that i tried keeping limited. notably regarding discourse. of any kind. and as another addition for resources in the npd and cluster b community. just as another community space, not a monopoly.
despite the amount of hate and adversity expressed from the admin of @narcissisticpdcultureis , i had not made this blog with adversity, harassment, anger, or "rebellion" in mind. unlike how the admin seemed to take my act of creating my own digital space and express emotional distain for my blog for the sake of existing. blaming me of doing so to put them in a bad light, while the only thing i did was point out information they already had made accessible to the public about themselves in their pinned post. which i didn't give a moral alignment to it, just stated that i was personally uncomfortable with it.
i am not condoning harassment, but I will not police your actions either. this individual(s) had put the url of my sideblog publicly in a rant of theirs aimed to put me and my work in a bad light without regards of my safety or mental health, and lead many, potentially themselves personally as well, to put me through constant anonymous harassment while i had expressed since the beginning i didn't want to be affiliated or interact with their blog, and never mentioned their url publicly up to now, to avoid the same scenario that just happened to me from their doing.
additionally, in their rant about my blog, they mentioned another npd culture that apparently was created adjacent to theirs, potentially for similar reasons as mine although this is unknown.
im gonna say one thing.
if anything, i like the attention. you decided that i, a small account, who didn't have the self estime to ever think would get traction, caused enough of a problem to make your, way more popular, blog feel threatened. i feel honored.
my only issue is that you failed to find my main blog, which frankly offended me. now my friend is the one getting all the spotlight instead of me </3
i did not judge you on morality when i decided to distance myself from your content due to your syscourse stance. but i am judging you now by your actions. i will be reporting you for harassment and encourage everyone in my social circles to do so as well.
i am not going anywhere.

RULES
Heya! You can call me Saisk or Star! So, just a beforehand- I have never run an ask blog before, so here's to hoping this goes well... but!
This is an Au where post Valiant Hero, something shifts and goes wrong- what, you may ask? Well, that's just what you're going to find out as you follow a certain pilot that's been displaced. Though I will say this is not a crossover of any kind, Charles has been displaced in a different way.
Another little note, you can find my main blog here! I don't really use it much, except for reblogs- I honestly should probably clean it up a bit, but- I'll get to that eventually-
Currently Open for Asks: VH Charles, VH Henry, SSaT Henry, SSaT Ellie, SSaT Chester
Timeline for VH: SE(Sneaky Escapist)-UB(Unseen Burglar)-GSPI(Government Supported Private Investigator)-PD(Presumed Dead)
Timeline for SSaT: BBO(Badass Bust Out)-JPE(Just Plain Epic)-PBT(Pure Blooded Thief)-CA(Convict Allies)
Now, before we get to the actual rules... some notes!
This is an AU, and while I will be trying to keep the characters as canon as possible, some things will not be exactly as what you think of the characters! The Henry Stickmin fandom, from what I have seen, tends to be really chill with this- but I still thought I'd say!
I... do not have a schedule. I'll post as much as I can, if I'm not posting, I'm likely busy! I do have a life outside of drawing and writing, sadly.
If you click on characters, you'll get a bio :) And maybe other things, I haven't decided yet. I'll update this if I do something more besides bio's
I don't mind like or reblog spam! I know some blogs do, but I don't :3
If you want to send an ask towards me instead of Charles(or other characters if/when they become open), feel free! I might not give an answer to some questions if the answer would be a spoiler, but still!
My submission box is also now open! I didn't really expect any fanart of any kind, but thank you so much to those that have either expressed the want to do so, or have done so! It means so much to me that people are liking this so much that they want to!
RULES
1. No M!A's. Sorry, I know they can be fun, but that's not something this blog will be doing.
2. Don't use anonymous to be unkind or anything like that, please. If it does happen, and it happens a lot, I will be turning it off. I don't expect that to happen, but still.
3. Don't repost my work! It's not kind, as I put work into this. Reblogs are very much okay though :3
Extra Notes
I will have tags for things! As things change, or tags get added, I will add more things here
Comic: #scattered stars comic
Pages with in-character asks: #asks
Out of character asks(Or asks directed at me!): #ooc asks
Bios: #bios
Extra stuff like art: #extra stuff
Art that is still thsc related but not related to the SSaT au: #unrelated au art
SSaT related are: #scattered stars art
Polls: #polls
Fanart of the comic: #fanart
You can find the beginning of the story here!
You can also find all the characters side by side with others of their faction below! I also plan to update these everytime new character's appear for each faction, so keep an eye out for that!

Yet you're not backing your arguments up either. Just running your mouth in a poll
Total HTDM loser who believes their opinions are objective fact.
Eat shit.
Well neither are you so you can't exactly say anything. I could dedicate an entire blog if I wanted to specifically pointing out the issues in rwby's writing, however I have far better things to be doing with my time. Believe me though, I have a thousand things to say about the show's incompetent writing. And at least I'm not hiding behind the anonymous feature while doing so. Whether you realize it or not you're only making a fool of yourself.
My offer still stands about talking in DMs if you want to, I'm plenty willing to have a debate there. However you seem to make it apparent that you'd much rather talk shit anonymously in hopes to get a rise out of me. You are not only acting immaturely, but you're making yourself out to be an coward who has no real interest in acting like a decent human as well. You're spineless and you're seething over the fact that I'm not part of your precious echo chamber that glazes a company with such awful business and employment practices as rooster teeth until the end of time, just like every other RT bootlicker on the internet. You're no different than anyone else in your fandom I've met. Cry about it all you want, but until you show yourself with something actually worth someone's time to say, no one here is taking you seriously.
And in case I haven't made myself clear, this is the last time I'm going to be answering you because I'd rather not clog up my blog and spam my followers with shit they didn't come here for. Any further contact from you in my ask box will merely be shared outside this blog with friends and mutuals to be clowned on like you're so desperately asking for. Good day.

HEY! READ BEFORE SENDING IN AN ASK PLEASE!!
Hey everyone! Just a quick pinned post that explains the basic rules regarding asks and some other junk.
- You can roleplay as someone/something, just make sure to add a image! make sure the character that you're role-playing as doesn't have any sexual themes, racist themes, etc in their design! I am fine with somewhat suggestive clothing, but please refrain from role-playing as someone who's honkers are almost completely out, like where they look like they could just open air from one wrong move, so please be aware of the design if you were to roleplay as someone. (Also, make sure to add a picture of whoever you are role-playing as so I know how they look like, and if you don't, I won't draw your character you're role-playing as and will just answer it as I normally do, sorry!)
- PLEASE NO NSFW!! This askblog will contain absolutely NO NSFW! Keep your ask SFW please or I will not answer your ask and delete it.
- Please refrain from spamming the askbox! There will be times where I will not answer an ask and it can be for several reasons, but I will put down the basics. 1) Your ask was weird! 2) I may have forgotten about your ask (Sorry!) 3) Your ask didn't show up at all! (Double sorry!) 4) Your ask has said something that has already been answered. So please, refrain from spamming and be patient for an answer! (If you get one that is, please remember that!)
- Please be specific to who you're talking too If you send in an ask, please be specific on who you are talking to! If I can't figure out whoever you are asking, I will either not answer it or just answer myself! (I will most likely answer as myself but keep that in mind!) (NOTE: So far there are only two characters in the askblog, so don't worry to much about this until I finally add another character.)
- Please be patient with posts! I Do note that I struggle with finding motivation or inspiration with asks, so please bare with me and my dumb brain as we move forward! Forgot to mention that this askblog is only for practice and just for funsies, so if you wonder why the characters change so much whenever I post, do know that I'm just testing out new formats or even art styles!
- Please don’t message me asks! The askbox is for sending in asks, I do not mind messages, but please refrain from messaging me with the intent of sending in an ask to bendy or any other characters that will be in the blog in the future!!
That's pretty much it! This may be updated in the later future, but for now these are the rules for this askblog! If you cannot follow these rules I will delete your ask and continue answering others, but if you continue doing this I will sadly have to block you (I'm very sorry!) I hope that whoever reads this and other people who haven't, a very lovely night/day! 👋

Hii for the fandom ask game I'm shooting two of your questions right back at you because when you asked me them they made me immediately wonder about your answers, 23 and 25! Also: 1, 8, and 16!
omg thank you for so many asks!
23. The fandom you're curious about because of a mutual:
@stvlti posting on my dash about the new Scott Pilgrim anime got me curious enough to start watching it recently! I read those comics back in college and thought they were pretty great, as was the Edgar Wright movie. And the anime seems like a very good adaptation of it so far. Can't explain how funny it is as a Canadian to see Canada as the setting for an anime, either... I just feel like we have such a bland normie country to set things in, hahaha
I'm also getting very curious about a ton of different manga thanks to the recs I've received on my blog recently! (X)
25. A piece of advice for taking care of yourself in fandom spaces:
HMMM.
I think the main thing I get people asking me about here sometimes is how to make more friends in the fandom, especially when you're new and don't know anybody. I think the main bits of advice I have on that front is:
(1) I SWEAR YOU AREN'T BEING SNUBBED/INTENTIONALLY IGNORED, YOU'RE PROBABLY JUST NOT ON OTHER PEOPLE'S RADARS AT ALL
So follow a bunch of other bloggers in that fandom and interact with their blogs first! Like their posts, send them polite/friendly asks looking for their takes (this is especially easy to do when people reblog ask memes), and be brave enough not to go on anon when you do it so they can see your lovely face and actually potentially make a connection with you! Most people LOVE getting asks and are flattered when somebody else asks for their thoughts. If you're genuine with your interest it shouldn't take long for other people to start taking interest in you back.
Which leads to my second point of:
(2) MAKE SURE YOU ACTUALLY ARE POSTING THINGS ON YOUR BLOG ON A SEMI-REGULAR BASIS! People will probably click on your blog once you start interacting with them, and they will most likely only follow you back if you actually have stuff on your blog that shows your interests/personality/the kinds of things they can expect you to be posting on their dash! You can easily stock up a bunch of posts into a queue if you're worried about spamming the dash or don't want to be online 24/7 too, so it will keep your blog active without you actually having to be there all the time.
ALSO DO NOT HAVE TOO MUCH SHAME TO LITERALLY ASK YOUR FOLLOWERS TO SEND YOU ASKS. Reblog fandom ask memes, it's a great way to give people a template of questions to bug you nicely with, and answering one ask often leads to receiving another ask!
(3) DO YOUR OWN THING WHETHER OR NOT ANYBODY IS CONSTANTLY PATTING YOU ON THE BACK. First and foremost I'm usually making myself laugh here on my blog and hoarding all of these posts for myself, so even when I'm not getting constant feedback from others I'm still having a good time and posting on the regular! I'm SUPER glad that other people get something out of it too, but I think when it comes to blogging you should treat your blog like your own personal little kingdom where you are making the rules, and other people can follow or unfollow as they please.
And finally:
(4) YOU WILL EVENTUALLY LOSE A FOLLOWER OR TWO, BUT SO DO I AND SO DOES EVERYBODY ELSE. Try not to obsessively check your follower count or to take it as a huge calamity if your count goes down instead of up once in a while! It WILL eventually go back up again, and you genuinely have no idea why it dropped most of the time (it probably wasn't anything majorly personal - maybe somebody just is no longer in your fandom, maybe Tumblr is clearing out some porn bots, maybe a follower is deactivating their blog - or maybe you DID post something that somebody didn't like, but that's ok, it's probably better if they aren't following you anymore anyways!) And you should ALSO block/unfollow people freely if they're really making your blogging experience uncomfortable - at the end of the day you don't really know them and they don't really know you, and you will both probably move on and forget about it not too far down the road.
1. List 3 positive things about your current fandom(s):
(1) Genuinely extremely chill and cozy, and almost always has been in my experience!
(2) People have the best sense of humour here. IDK I think I took it for granted that all fandoms were like that but anytime I venture into other ones I find myself being a bit disappointed that people just aren't as funny in general a lot of the time
(3) OMG thank you everybody for all the delicious fanfic and fanart, and for continuing to still make it steadily even in 2023
8. You hope more people will come to appreciate ___ (a ship, a trope, an episode, etc.):
I'm gonna advocate for a ship I don't even have a ton of personal investment in and say meronia! God, stop sleeping on this pairing already and/or acting like it's way more problematic than it actually is, you silly ancient fandom you (no, they are not basically related, they simply went to the same school in their childhood for a bit). These two definitely deserve to have their relationship a bit better explored!
16. A tiny detail in canon that you want more people to appreciate:
Watari had an entire-ass family of his own, apparently!
Tumblr media
Isn't that weird to think about? There is actually SO MUCH unanswered stuff about how his relationship with L actually was set up, especially if you are just going by the original manga serial and aren't using the one-shots or the anime or LABB novel to flesh out L's backstory or any Wammy's lore. And sometimes I think it might be neat to see people exploring it in totally different ways that would still be 100% plausible based on what little we know!

hey minnie! I hope this is not too out of topic but I was curious why you decided to do a side-blog and if you‘d recommend it.
I’m new to tumblr and a bit clueless but I’ve been reading your blog and saw you always give amazing answers.
I have many interests but my blog is only really devoted to one because I’m scared people will get annoyed if I reblog or post about other stuff.
just now tho, I’ve seen a post from someone I always like stuff from talking about how it’s pretty rude to not reblog and just like because of the „I like it but it‘s not good enough for my followers to see“ implication. And because tumblr is supposed to be a community and reblogging is the biggest feature.
I know your main blog is also just devoted to evanstan/stucky so I thought you might understand and have some thoughts. So I guess I’m asking what were your reasons to make a side blog and is it better to have several where I might only post very sporadically or should I just say fuck it and put it all in one but risk diminishing my chances at having mutuals? Or just continue liking and not reblogging? I don‘t know tumblr etiquette but you seem very well versed in it and if I’ll listen to someone it‘s definitely gonna be you!
I hope you have a great day and I’m a big fan
Hello sweetheart! ❤️ Thank you for your ask, this is a very interesting question, actually! And I totally understand why you'd be a bit lost here and unsure how to go about this, so I'll do my best to help.
I'll put the rest of my reply under the cut, because it got kind of long (is anyone surprised, really)
First of all, I truly truly think that being on tumblr and blogging should be something that's primarily for your own enjoyment, and I think that you can literally do whatever you like! There may be a bit of etiquette, sure, but there are no real rules (apart from not being an asshole to other people, but that goes without saying). Go wild and have fun, that's the main rule of tumblr imo! <3
Having said that though, I do understand your concerns, specifically with regard to wanting to make mutuals and friends! But also, the liking but not reblogging issue *is* kind of a problem Tumblr has been facing for a while now. I always figured it was mostly due to the influence of Instagram, which it probably is, but it's interesting to get this new perspective. I don't think I'd ever really considered that there are users on this site who *only* like certain things not because they don't like the content enough to reblog it, but because the post doesn't fit their blog's theme and they don't want to spam their followers and mutuals with things they didn't sign up for. That's interesting, and a valid consideration! And also, I really like what you said about Tumblr being a community and reblogging being its biggest feature - you get it!! <3 So I understand your dilemma, and I think making a side blog would definitely solve a lot of it, to be honest.
I personally have a few different reasons for making a side blog for my other fandom instead of just reblogging everything on my main. One of those reasons is that I myself like to curate my dash quite carefully and tailor it to my interests as much as possible. I do that by following blogs that post the kind of stuff I'm interested in of course, but also by filtering pretty much everything I have no interest in. That does mean I get a LOT of filtered posts on my dash, but after a while you kind of learn to tune them out. So because that's how I like to tailor my own dash, the idea of putting lots of stuff my mutuals and followers don't care about on their dashes just doesn't feel right to me. That's not to say I blame anyone else for using their main for all of their interests, because it's their blog, and if that's how they want to do it then good for them! I'll filter out the stuff I don't want to see and then it's all good. But it's just not how I personally wanted to do it, I'm a bit too neurotic for that. Also, because my main has a lot of followers, I'd feel extra bad for spamming so many people with other stuff, you know? 😅
On a related side note, I'll admit that I have unfollowed people whose main blog theme shifted over time from our mutual interest to something I didn't know or care about, but a few posts here and there is not going to be reason for me to unfollow. It really only happens when people completely jump ship, you know? And then there are also people I have become so close with that even that didn't affect our friendship, and I am still mutuals with them just because I like them as people and I enjoy their presence on my dash, even if I don't know what they're talking about half the time 😅 By which I'm trying to say that if you make the right friends, it won't really matter what you post and where!
Another reason for making a side blog is that I liked the freedom a new blog brought to just be as unhinged as I wanted about my other ship and interests without having to keep reiterating on my main that having a "new" interest didn't mean I was giving up my other interests, you know? I like being able to post as much as I like on my sideblog without feeling like I have to hold back for whatever reason. And maybe part of it was also that a side blog allowed me to show a different side to myself there that I don't show on my main a lot? On my side blog, no one knew me or had any expectations of how I talked or what I posted, and it's just good to just do whatever!
I'm not sure if any of that is helpful to you though, if you're still quite new on Tumblr, but maybe it provides a bit of context that might be useful. While I can't tell you for sure what the right way to go about it would be for you, because it differs from person to person, I do think making a side blog (or maybe even more than one) could be a good way to separate your interests, and not having to feel like you're annoying people either by spamming them or by not reblogging their posts. I don't think it necessarily matters if you only post on your sideblogs sporadically, by the way. You can still interact with people in those fandoms and make friends and mutuals even if you don't post constantly! I've made a few new friends in the Milex/AM fandom that only pop in every now and then, and I don't like them any less for it.
It took me a hot minute to get used to having a side blog I used frequently (I have a couple more for Bangs and such, but I don't use them often) and I did accidentally post to the wrong blog quite a bit in the beginning, but it's definitely gotten easier with time! So don't be deterred by that. I'd say, give the side blog(s) a go, and if it doesn't work for you, you can just stop using them and try a different approach! I hope that whatever you settle on will help you have a more enjoyable fandom experience, in any case 💗 Hope this very long winded reply helped a little, lovely! Sending hugs xxx

Hi pal! I love your blog. I've been following you for 2 years now. This blog is so fun for people like me who are both team black and green and just want to have fun and enjoy everyone without too much side bashing and toxicity. ✌️ I've had tumblr eating asks I've both sent and received a lot lately, I just wanted to make sure if my ask went through to you or did it get eaten again lol, I sent a kinda big one with ramblings about a possible Helaena x Rhaenys x Corlys AU. 😁 I've had more thoughts on it since the other day, but I didn't want to spam you or confuse you and send something in if you didn't get the first one. (P.S. but does "Dreaming of the Tides" not sound like a regency era poem. That's what I've been using to categorize my thoughts on that particular AU.)
Hi <3 <3
Always happy to have you here, glad you enjoy it !
Yes, its in my ask still, i wanted to have a moment to answer with some thoughts but its still there !
I love the name of it !! helaena dreaming of such freedom , adore it !!

"Sans doesn't read a bedtime story to Papyrus" <- okay but he literally does. It's canon. Like your entire reblog bordered on the "My hcs and interpretations are better because I'm fully canon and no one can enjoy others" carlyraejepsans level shit but I assumed you didn't mean it like that and I was used to the bullcrap so I was reading in too much. But like. :/ it's never confirmed he dOeSnT hAvE nIgHtMaReS or shit. Have fun with character analysis and hcs and have fun writing him strictly to canon but don't make stuff up and state its canon -_- you seem like a well meaning person but please actually do some research before you decide what's canon?
BUT IT'S ONLY CANON IF I LIKE IT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND???
Anyway about interpretations/headcanons how bout that headcanon of my blog lmao. I guess that's how I come across strictly from blog view and not when I'm spamming dumb theories at people in discord oops.
I'll clarify then.
I don't like apologizing because I'm never wrong it seems like an excuse to let people kick you if you show weakness on the great old internet, HOWEVER. I will make an exception and say sorry.
I'm sorry for giving the impression or directly saying? (memory bad) that I only follow canon and that canon is obviously the best and only way to see things. That is very unfun for everyone, and I like having fun, a lot of it. I also hate controlling others or others attempting to control me (see: my entire existence in this fandom).
I have only said it on discord but I should make it clear here as well:
I purposely ignore/put down Sans's importance in anything, it could be out of spite? hatred? (I do not have the time for hate I have to draw) or simply for entertainment.
Spoiler: it's for entertainment, a majority of stuff is about Sans and I find it a lot of fun to go out of my way to remove him from concepts/ideas/theories. I've also found this very interesting because it forces me to look elsewhere for concepts/theories and see things I hadn't before because he was in the way. (I don't mean this maliciously)
Contradicting or nonsense headcanons are loads of fun, are mine better? Of course to me they are, that's why they're on my blog, that's why I post about them. Are there headcanons I don't like? Yes, a lot of them, I used to complain about them a lot in the past, but lately I'm wasting my time more efficiently by searching for stuff in Undertale for the 100th time that's not actually there.
I'm not 100% canon. Do I want to be canon? Absolutely not. Do I use canon to bully people? YES. IF YOU THINK SANS LIKES PUNS THINK AGAIN. DO YOU THINK SANS IS STRESSED WITH BILLS? HAHA JOKES ON YOU. WHAT? HE HAS NIGHTMARES? NOT ON MY WATCH.
I want to enjoy my Papyrus focused content in my Papyrus focused corner is that too much to ask? (It is)
ANYWAY. To answer the original grievance:
Undyne stays the night? (It is not confirmed if it's more than one night) at Papyrus's house, and confirms that he doesn't sleep, that specifically: He doesn't know HOW to sleep. Does this mean that he NEEDS Sans to read to him to sleep?
No. Because it's not mentioned, it could have easily been brought up at this point since Sans already puts himself in some calls already, but it's not. The only one who brings it up is Sans when he's alone, where no one else can argue it or confirm it. What if it's too embarrassing to say in front of Papyrus? Well I mean he already teases him for the junior jumble thing so it wouldn't be out of line for Sans to tease him about that, too.
BUT, if Sans reads Papyrus a bedtime story, why doesn't he remark on the fact Papyrus has nightmares? Wouldn't he have to read to him every time a nightmare woke him up? But again, Papyrus also mentions that he's just too busy to sleep, no mention of needing to sleep, or reading a bedtime story, Papyrus also doesn't bring up Sans reading, or reading to him in any context.
Anyway to argue the "Sans doesn't have nightmares" statement, I'll refer back to my thing of 'removing Sans from ideas because it's funny'. Hahahaha.
But also there's no proof Sans has nightmares, AND WHILE I UNDERSTAND THE HEADCANON- I refuse it because it's funny, but also because Papyrus DESERVES nightmares as a trait and it's unfair to take that away from him.
"But Max, can't they both get nightmares?"
NO.

Develop Blog: Market Yourself, Not Just Your Game
How many of you love marketing? I'm near-sighted, but I'm sure I wouldn't see many hands raised. From my experience trying and failing to get my game known, I've asked endless questions, perused multiple marketing discords, and even got a question answered by Chris Z. himself. Yet I can never shake this anxiety I feel whenever I make a twitter post. I have no blue check mark so I already know that me going viral is unlikely. I've accepted that my my page will take years to bear followers. But sticking to it isn't a matter of discipline, it's a matter of overcoming my fears of rejection.
Unfortunately, I made the mistake of making my first game the magnum opus. I don't have experience releasing anything outside of jam projects, nor do I know what it's like to get review-bombed on Steam. I have never learned how to deal with fans telling me how to write, I've never encountered trolls telling me to off myself, all I've encountered is a lack of notifications after a post went live. Part of me is grateful that I get minimal feedback. It means that I don't need to worry about growing a fandom that rivals the toxicity of Undertale. I don't need to worry about disappointing people because I skipped out on my blog this weekend. It's as if a lack of progress rewards me more than progress. Or more likely, it's my anxiety keeping me locked in a gilded birdcage.
How many of you look forward to posting on Reddit, making a tiktok video, or updating your discord? Tell me your secrets, because I'd much rather be writing my game's script than researching strategies on TikTok. Dopamine is one hell of a drug, and I get more of it by writing than appeasing consumers. I know a lot of people that'd prefer to pass it off to a PR agent and let them play with it. After all, they're the ones reading the bad reviews. Now if only most of them didn't cost an arm and a leg for us indies.
Sadly I don't have the silver bullet to get me or you all out of this rut. As much as marketing is research oriented, it's mostly doing. I call it a progressive craft, where you'll get better at it the more you throw yourself to the mercy of Reddit mods. Not only that, the best marketers will share their content to the point where it might annoy people. Think about all of those Youtube ads. I can recall Shick Hydra, the Lending Club, Old Spice, and all those brands marketed by corny actors four years ago. We all know what Genshin Impact is due to its pension for shoving anime girls in our faces. Chris Z. himself will tell you that the more you talk about your product, the more people will learn about it. Love it or hate it, it'll improve your odds of having someone visit your steam page. It sounds manipulative and underhanded, and that's because it is. Why do you think so many communities lose their minds at the slightest hint of self-promotion? Because everyone has a product to exhibit.
But how the hell could you, let alone myself, go through with doing something so corporate? Do we have to become those guys who get routinely banned by mods? Of course not, and I wouldn't advocate for you spamming your brand. Marketing isn't just promoting your brand, it's also about promoting YOU! Something interesting about being a respected member of a community is that you can get away with self-promotion a lot more than someone who isn't. It's almost as if people have come to like you, so they check out your page and wish list your game. And the craziest part about this is that you don't need a rigid schedule to market yourself unlike your game. You can be like me when I go into a Visual Novel discord, gush about my favorite waifu for ten minutes, then bounce. This helps me stay motivated with playing visual novels, and the mods see me as active so they're more likely to allow me to self-promote. Of course this is based on social media with forum mods and communities, but being active on Twitter, Tiktok, and Itch goes a long way as well. Because when you comment on someone's video, that person might be tempted to look at your profile out of appreciation. And if your steam page is listed in the bio, they just got hit with a call to action. People, especially newer profiles, adore any form of feedback. I'd know, I do a happy dance every time I get a comment on my post. Yes you read right, a sincere comment on a tiktok video indirectly markets your game. Your character can be just as profound as a flashy trailer. So is marketing still as scary?
Dale Carnegie, author of How To Win Friends And Influence People, refers to this as marketing for other people. Mods want an active community, so being an active member might make them more interested in working with you. Indie developers love feedback, so giving them what they want might encourage them to reciprocate what you want. One example from my past experiences is when I offered to be a beta tester for one of my colleagues. I had been following her for seven years. We were the same, both new developers struggling to make their big debut. So I played her demos, interacted on her twitter posts, and gave honest and constructive feedback from my beta tests. Was I working in the mindset of what I want? I'd be lying if I said no, but my priority was to help this indie developer release her first game. Later on, I ran into a conundrum where I needed to commission someone to help with capsule art for my steam page. Now pause and take a guess at what this developer told me when I asked her for some tips. If you guessed, "I'll help you arrange the capsules free of charge", then pat yourself on the back. But this transaction went both ways. Now, I'm a fan and will purchase future games out of appreciation. And the cycle MIGHT come around and she reciprocates. I capitalized the word "might" to emphasize something I want everyone to be aware of; to be sincere from start to end, whether or not you like the results. I'm not looking to train manipulators, and people can sense flattery through a computer screen.
Since that last example wasn't directly marketing related, another example involves these blogs. When I first started posting them to Reddit, I got a mixture of downvotes, no activity, and my post deleted by the mods. It made me want to hide and never blog again, but it also showed me that posting a small summary followed by a link probably rubs people the wrong way. My goal with these blogs, aside from keeping my demons at bay, is to spread awareness of my itch page. So what did I do? I included the entire blog in the initial post, with an optional call-to-action at the bottom to follow my itch. Then my next post got a lot of feedback. None got banned, people commented with thanks or criticisms, and I got to learn some valuable insights about how to make my blogs better. I wasn't seen as some other spammer, I was perceived as engaging the community. Well I hope I was…
I hope that this blog post inspired you as much as it inspired me. If you're as introverted as me, you'd much rather live under a rock and only come out when your masterpiece is complete. It's almost as if the difficult hobby that's game design teaches us bad habits. But in the end, it's a necessary part of the process. Baldur's Gate 3 would've been a flash in the pan had it not been for the devs not shutting up about it. However those developers did more than just post pictures of the women you could romance. They interacted with consumers and other developers, so much so that their game got fully funded on Kickstarter. Imagine someone willing to pay for your game's development for you! Us indie developers are underdogs by default up against the hill that is finishing our products. Be thoughtful and compassionate with others, and you just might have a helping hand up the slope.
If you enjoyed this blog, please leave a comment down below and tell me how awesome I am. If you'd like to support me, follow my itch.io OR play my prototype here https://totalleeaweaomw.itch.io/philistine. Let's become better developers together!
